About the role
We are looking for an experienced Mobile Sales Account Manager to join our Sales team and help us achieve our goals.

 

Our ideal candidate is goal-orientated and has a deep knowledge of mobile sales and customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities and developing a sales pipeline whilst providing an excellent level of customer service. You will also be responsible for consistently delivering against sales targets.


Responsibilities:

  • To achieve targeted levels of profitable business as agreed with the business
  • Consistently delivering sales across the UK
  • Proactively developing and nurturing sales leads
  • Taking leads from the Presales Team and developing them
  • Providing an excellent level of customer service and focus
  • Responsibility for managing key accounts and generating additional business
  • Attending conferences and networking events as and when required to support the needs of the business
  • Presenting solutions to current and prospective customers

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
Essential

  • Proven field sales experience in business to business sales solution selling.
  • Proven track record consistently delivering sales in the IT/Telecoms sector
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident and articulate
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Highly customer focused
  • Can build rapport and effective relationships easily
  • Highly motivated and able to set and deliver against challenging targets
  • Driven
  • Self-motivated
  • Able to work autonomously
  • It is advantageous to have proven experience within the mobile market place but is not essential.

 Qualifications
Although no formal qualifications are essential for this role,
the successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in a similar role, will have attained a good all-round standard of education and have a good understanding of current IT technologies.

 

Location and Working Arrangements:
The position offered is based out of Aspire’s Gateshead Head Office, NE8 2BJ. However, you may be required to travel to work at customer locations throughout the UK.

Hours

37.5 per week

The working hours are normally Monday to Friday, 8.45am-5.15pm although employees may be required to attend duties outside these hours.

 

Salary

Competitive depending on experience

This role reports directly to the Head of Mobile division.
