About the role:
The successful candidate will work within the Network Services Team. This team is responsible for the successful delivery of network ISP/WAN projects as well as assisting with networking elements within other infrastructure projects. Additionally, the candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and experience over time to ultimately be involved in all aspects of projects delivery from pre-sales support for our Sales department, solution design, building customer relationships and working with other teams within the business.
The candidate will be responsible for their own time management and task development. Working closely with our provisioning coordinators and project managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects in a timely manner.

The position offered is based out of Aspire’s Gateshead Head Office:
The working hours are normally Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30 with 1hr for lunch, although extended or altered hours is often required to meet the needs of the business and our customers.
Reporting and Department:
The individual will report to the Head of Network Services.
Hours of Work:
37.5 Per week
£22,000 - £26,000 (depending on experience)
